In stoppage time, Ayala sealed the comeback with a header from a corner kick, securing Portland's victory. At just 23 years old, Antony, who stands at 1.85m, has already made a name for himself. Starting his career at Joinville, he moved to Corinthians' U-20 team in 2020 before joining Arouca in Portugal. In 2023, Portland Timbers signed him for 3.2 million euros (around ₹20.3 crore).
